Coal Resource Data, Derived from the National Coal Resource Data System: Indiana

Description:: This ESRI ArcGIS (version 10.2) point shapefile is an index to the location of 16,282 public point-source coal resource data points in Indiana. This shapefile includes location and coal resource information for each data point. Detailed location and stratigraphic information for each data point are stored in a separate Microsoft Access database named "NCRDS_Indiana2014.mdb" that is contained in the Indiana Geological Survey Report of Progress xx. COAL_NCRDS_2014_IN shows data points that are included in NCRDS_Indiana2014.mdb.
