This polygon shapefile contains the Level 6 Admininstrative Boundaries (parishes) for Uganda. This layer is based on 2006 data provided by Ugandan Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) and has been updated recently as Government of Uganda changed Administrative Boundaries to create some new districts and parish boundaries in 2010.These data are intended for researchers, students, policy makers and the general public for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.
